DEBUT Album release December 20, 2020: Canciones de Antón García Abril

Meghan released her debut album on all digital music streaming platforms worldwide on December 20th, 2020. This collaboration with renowned pianist R. Timothy McReynolds is a collection of Spanish art songs, or “canciones”, by contemporary Spanish composer, Antón García Abril. This is the first recording of its kind released by a vocalist from the U.S. The album includes three song cycles: Siete Canciones de Amor (Seven Love Songs), Tres Nanas (Three Lullabies), and Tres Canciones Españolas (Three Spanish Songs). The lyrics include the poetry of Antonio Carvajal and Federico García Lorca, among others, and are set masterfully by Abril.
